Case 1 Create Default Collection (From add)
Name = "User's name Default Collection"
Asset type = Curriki Collection
Education Level = All
Subject = Curriki framework root
License = CC At 3.0
Rights Holder = The user's screen name
Privileges = Open

Case 2 - User create new collection
Name = User must enter
Asset type = Curriki Collection
Education Level = User must enter
Subject = Curriki framework root
License = CC At 3.0
Rights Holder = The user's screen name
Privileges = Open

Case 3 User adds a file or link-
Name = Based on file or URL (Alternate user must enter)
Asset type = Set my mine type of file or link
Education Level = From Target Collection
