when setting P for Partner is complete, should be returned to resource in View tab, not Review Queue

I go to a resource in the View tab.

I click the "Review" link for the resource.

I go to the Review Form for the resource.

I check the box under MANAGE REVIEW STATUS stating "This is a Partner resource."

I confirm the choice in the pop-up.

The page refreshes and shows the CRS Review Queue. Instead, it should refresh and send you back to the resource in the View tab, now showing the P for Partner icon on it (as per discussions with Alberto during implementation).
