Ace Template: Select Submit jumps me to the grid

This is a small but really annoying problem.

1. Go to the ace template
2. Fill in all required fields
3. Select Submit

When Submit is selected I jump back to the add resource section, as if there is some type of anchor. But when I submit again, the problem goes away.
