Partner registration pages are missing programming rights. Velocity error.

Partner registration > I downloaded the 'test.htm" from http://beta.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Affiliate/

Simply clicking 'Click me to Register " button itself is showing a JS error

"Object Expected"

Also, after creating a affiliate id and then mapping that with the html, if I open my html page and enter the user details and click the "Click me to Register" button also shows JS Error. So not able to register.
