Can not edit space right in produciton in either FF or IE in the Tucan skin or Curriki skin

I went to change the space right for the Affiliate partner space- http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Affiliate/

However I found I could not edit the space rights in any interface in any browser. This includes the object editor. The interface does not present the option links. e.g. http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/admin/Affiliate/WebPreferences?editor=spaceadmin&section=Rights&space=Affiliate&skin=toucan

This is a real problem We have to be able to manage access to area like this. Even if it does work, the interface fro selecting what groups get rights should be limited to those related to the space and the global groups. The list of groups is just way too long.
