Add Sinhalese to language choice

    Description

      Please add "|sin=Sinhalese" to all appropriate classes. Please make sure to alphabetize it by english spelling. Then assign bug back to me (Todd) and I will then add the trans strings to all the pages.

      For my documentation, which classes need to be changed.
