    Description

      Beta >Groups > Create a New Group >Below the Home tab, instead of showing Group masthead, a tras message,
      "#groups_groupinfo(Group_20NovOpenGroup "edit") " is shown.

      If a user opens any other exisiting group, below the Home tab," #groups_groupinfo(Group_ACTEM "view") " is shown.
