Problem with landing page using just the search/email box macro

I'm working on some "round 2" AdWords landing pages, and they use just the search box/email box macro from the overall template.

The problem I'm having is with the search. When I type in my search term and click the button, the site just hangs, and doesn't load the search results page at all. I only want to search the high-level math subject.
