Newsletter email distribution tasks

List of tasks as captured in our meeting on 12/5:

1. Export of Curriki email addresses (and other info) from Curriki to Vertical Response
a. right now, just do emails and displayname 1
b. we'll provide updated fields at a later date

2. Bill imports that list into VR

3. Bill does test email and/or actual email (with opt-out, to see if it works)

4. Export opt-out list from Vertical Response to Curriki

5. Import and process opt out list into Curriki

6. On next mailing, export updates from Curriki to VR
a. new email addresses
b. new opt-outs
