    Description

      Create the Member Comments Section on the Comments tab for a resource as per the Composition spec available at http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Project/EOUSpecs, including:

      --Member Comment Display Module
      --Edit Member Comment Module
      --Delete a Comment
      --Alternate Case: No Comments, Logged In
      --Alternate Case: No Comments, Not Logged In
      --Add Member Comment Module
