cb / build up / choose a location error, don't have necessary rights for this action

When logged in as Nortel (nortellearnit, password: abc123) and am working in the 21st century eteachers group (http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_21stCenturyeTeachers/) in the collection within this group, 21st Eteacher Resources (http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Group_21stCenturyeTeachers/21steTeacherResources), I am having trouble within the CB asset editor.

I view and then EDIT the collection. Then I highlight the last resource I've added, "What Defines Best Practices," and then I click the BUILD UP button, and add the first and second page of metadata, and then click NEXT to add the resource, and then a long period of Loading the Resource occurs, and then finally, a message comes up, which reads: "You Don't Have the Necessary Rights to Perform this Action." And all I can do then is click OK.
