When using the upload attachment/insert link function, receiving "Temporary directory not set. Please follow the instructions on xwiki.org on how to fix this" message.

When working in the CB, trying to upload links or attach images to the "from scratch" asset, I set the cursor where I want the link or image to appear, click either the insert image or insert link icon in the tool bar, browse my computer for the correct file - either a .pdf file or an image (.bmp, .png, .jpg) - and then will click Attach. The loading image appears and lingers before the attachment window changes and becomes the error message that has been attached.

I'm working on a MAC OSX 10.4.11, using Firefox. i've attached two files - an image and a .pdf - that have been problems for me. With the image, I have eventually been able to upload it but when the asset is saved, the image is broken and will not show up.

This is a recent and inconsistent error message - I received it first last night and then again this morning, intermittently. Now it seems to be happening every time I try to upload something.

Trying the same thing in beta.curriki.org, I had no problems.

The user is Nortel LearniT, user name: nortellearnit; password: abc123. (it happened though when I was logged in as myself, too).
