Add link >Choose A Location window > Next and the cancel buttons are not fully visible and My Collection , My Groups are not displayed to choose a location

My Curriki > My Collection

In the Resource View Mode click on the Add link. The user gets "There is a problme accessing the server.Please try again". After this

Choose A Location window opens up

Bug 1:
Here the Next and the cancel buttons are not fully visible.

Bug 2:
In the Choose A Location window,My Collection and My Groups are not displayed to choose a location.
