IE 7 & IE6 > RVE>Zip file> Edit content >select a link in the tree view. The upper border red line is not displayed.

RVE >Content> Click Edit link.
Select check box for 'Set a New Start File:'.
The Zip file content will be shown in the Tree view.

Click any link in that tree view.

The corresponidng file is shown selected. Here, it is noted that the upper border red line is not displayed.

This issue in IE7 & IE 6. In FF3 this is fine.
