In the Resource View Mode of the collection>Content tab>Edit link>Select the folders as the start file >save>Content Tab>Start file opens up a new browser window displaying a Error Page.

Content tab>Edit link

Select the folders as the start file and save it .

As per the Spec RVE-File Resources section 4) f) vi) Folders should not be selected as the start file.

Content Tab>Start File

Clicking the start file opens up a new browser window displaying the Template does not exist.
