Start File has to start with slash

    Description

      Because we modified the start file selection to not start with slash and added the slash in the archive start file view assets coming from migration fail to display the start file:

      Example:

      1. Go to http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_NROCMath/Algebra1AFromNROCLesson1?&bc=
      2. Select Start, it runs
      3. Go to same file on Beta, http://beta.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_NROCMath/Algebra1AFromNROCLesson1?&bc=
      4. Select Start, it fails

      We need to have the start file selection has the slash amd remove the additional / from archive view
