Forms> The rollover description lenght is not reduced to 255 charater.

Go to add a resource.
Select option to add a template.
Add a big description ( with more than 255 character).
Enter the mandatory fields and click Submit.
Go the view mode of that resource.
Rollover the title.
The full description is displayed. ( need to cut short it to 255 char )
