For curriki admin ACCESS PRIVILEGES REQUIRED page is shown when he tries to edit another member's comment.

RVE >Comments> As a user add a comment to his resource.
then as curriki admin, go to that resouce comment.
Click Edit link of that comment and then Save. The admin gets the following message:

ACCESS PRIVILEGES REQUIRED

You cannot view the requested resource because you do not have the required Access Privileges

Login as curriki admin, click Edit link of the existing comment and save. The admin is redirected to the following page.
