Export Member List for Marketing 1/26 - 2/22

Bill will be sending a newsletter next week and needs the mailing list updated.

Can you send him:

1. List of members who have chosen to not receive email
2. List of member ho have joined January 26 - February 22

What Bill will do is import list 2. Then import list 1.
