Wrong Icon Size / Cropped Icon in Search results for Collections that have Collections

In a search, I've seen the a Medium icon (it's also being cropped) for Collections show up when it should be Small. This only happens with Collections that have other Collections inside them.

Steps to repeat:

(Logged in as Admin)

1) Type let's say "Biology" in the search area
2) Look in the search results for a Collection that has another Collection in it (accompanied by a drop-drown arrow)
