update Groups Curriculum tab "Group Contributions" panel

The idea here is to update the GROUP CONTRIBUTIONS panel inside a group's Curriculum tab so that the View All option is more obvious, and so that group members can "Add a Resource" from the top-level Curriculum tab, instead of only from the View All Contributions version of the tab.

Look at for instance:

These changes would apply ONLY to the version of the Group Contributions panel that appears on the Curriculum tab for a group (the first URL above), NOT the one that appears on the Home tab for a group (with one exception – the styling of the search box in this section could be updated to match as per item 2 below).

The attached file shows the updated treatment for this layout, including:

1) The View All button is extended in length and the text updated to show "View All Group Contributions" thereby giving it more visual weight.

2) The search box is shortened to allow for the other changes, and the style is updated slightly to match the header search box style.

3) The "Add a Resource" button is offered in this panel. This should function identically to the same button on the Contributions version of the tab, adding a resource into the group Coll_ space without adding it into a particular collection.

The trans for the updated Curriculum tab View All and new Add a Resource buttons should use:
