Cancel Button Styles in RVE

There are a couple of styles for rollover state and font sizes of the Cancel button being used in RVE. The correct usages are:

1) at the BOTTOM of the Information tab when editing

2) at the bottom of the Comments tab when using Add a Comment

Incorrect usages are found at:

1) at the TOP of the Information tab when editing (rollover color of font should be same as Up state: 3f3f3f)
