Description
1. Compare load times from a Wiki Page to Join Now https://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/JoinCurriki
2. We expect Join Now to be a bit slower as it has to verify the certificate.
3. Are there ways to improve that loading of the page?
a - Removing Sponsor Panel?
b - Cache it?
c - Reduce code?
Here are some numbers from several emails.
Pradeep has noted the time to load 'Become a member' page and a my curriki page using his stop watch.
Below are the findings:
Performance Test: ( Become a Member page)
SNO:1st Row - After clearing all the temp files and started performing the Test
SNO: 2nd Row - Performance is really faster since session is already maintained there.

Just thought I'd do a little testing of Join page load times on my own... It's not just Bill.
15 seconds on IE
10 seconds on FF
Curriki was cached on both browsers, and this is on the new PC.
On the slightly older, less powerful Mac:
9 seconds on FF (not cached)
8 seconds on Safari (not cached)
