Left margin is inconsistent when expanding or contracting a resource description in the composit view

      2. Select the arrow in the view area to expand and collapse the description

      Bug
      When the file resource description is expanded it has a different LEFT margin than when contractred.

      Flip a few arrow in the body and you will see the issue.
