Check & Fix resources touched by bad user - Jen's portion

Check through the attached list of resources.
1. Please make a note if any of them were private (which would mean we have additional detective work to do).
2. Roll back any resource that is broken to the last version before the user http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/wawanjani edited them.
3. Check through the TOC to make sure sub-resources are not a) broken as well, or b) repeated. If repeated & remove does not work, make a note in jira http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/CURRIKI-4038

Once you are finished, please insert any comments about problems or private resources in this Jira and assign to Chrissie to compile (since multiple people will be working through the complete list of affected resources).
