CRS Class Values Need to be Updated

1. The values in Status for

2. The values for Ratings for
http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/edit/CRS/CurrikiReviewClass?editor=class are
10=curriki.crs.partner|20=curriki.crs.exemplary|30=curriki.crs.partofexemplary|40=curriki.crs.good|50=curriki.crs.partofgood|60=curriki.crs.basic|70=curriki.crs.partofbasic|80=curriki.crs.notrated

Bug
This difference can cause data problems with reviewed resources.
http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/edit/Coll_bond/Antonyms?editor=object

Notice in the object, instead of one of the radio buttons being checking, Exemplary is being written to the object. Thus bad data is in the object.

This is causing problems if we want to manually change for fix the rating for a resource.
