resource has a CRS-3 but shows CRS generic image instead of 3 icon in Title Area

If you look at the resource here:

http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Folwell/APhotoEssay

and view the Comments tab, you can see that the resource has been given a CRS-3. However, it also has a Review Pending.

In this case, the CRS-3 icon should still appear in the Title Area.

I heard something about Ludovic fixing the classes for CRS, and this may be related, so am assigning to Todd in case it's being addressed already.

Note that I do not think this (fixing CRS classes or this error) can wait until the 1.9 release and feel strongly that it should be fixed sooner in a maintenance release.
