WYSIWYG editor does not load due JS error.

    Description

      It not clear when this issue was introduced, but there is now a JS error that presents the WYSIWYG editor from loading and being displayed.

      Edit a resrouce such as- http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_jmarks/IntrotoMarineBiology or use the "From Scratch" wiki template or one of the other templates.

      IN both FF2 and IE7 a JS error is presented and the WYSIWYG editor is not displayed.
