Query DB for reviewed resources and their scores

Please send the results of a DB query to help the CRS team with their revision of older reviews. The query should include the following information for all resources that have been reviewed in the system:

a. Composite review score
b. Each of the three Sub-scores (Technical Completeness, Content Accuracy, and Appropriate Pedagogy)
c. Review Comment
d. Reviewer
e. Review Date
f. Link to the reviewed resource
