CRS Update: Investigate and Report Double Usage of the Overall Score

1. Go to the object editor of a reviewed resource: http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/edit/Coll_ShermanTank/CRSCopy?editor=object
2. Notice there is a rating in the "CRS.CurrikiReviewClass[0]" rating=Exemplary
3. Notice there is a rating in the "CRS.CurrikiReviewStatusClass[0]" rating=Exemplary
4. Both ratings are being used in the resource. One by the title of the resource in the header area and one on the comments tab.

Question;
Why are both ratings saved?
Why are both ratings used in the RVE?
