Style lost on Wiki pages, macro not loaded?

For some unknown reason, styles do not load correctly on Production

The most obvious example is a broken title bar, #titlebar("Curriki Board of Directors and Advisors" "" "" "purple") on pages such as:

http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Board

The server was restarted nightly to prevent the issue. We no longer restart nightly and the problem is now appearing more often. Twice this week.
