Organize/Remove of multiple resources fails

This happens both on production and on Next

Actions:

ORGANIZE
1. First, move a resource in a collection into a folder in that collection = success
2. Move multiple resources into that folder in a subsequent step = "There was a problem accessing server" message
3. A duplicate resource is created in the folder

REMOVE
1. First, remove a single resource from a collection (or folder) = success
2. Remove another single resource from a collection = success
3. Remove multiple resources (minimum 5) = "There was a problem accessing server" message
4. The multiple resources are not removed

After dome more testing, the min steps needed seems to be-

1) Create a folder and add six things into it and then one sub folder = OK
2) Move three items using organize into the sub-folder from the root folder = OK
3) Remove single item from collection = OK
4) Remove 6 items from the collection (as a new organize/remove action) = FAIL
