pagination defunct on Messages tab ina group for >10; cannot access more than 10 messages

I have duplicated this bug on Production and Next.

1) Go to the Messages tab for a group on Next or Production that has more than 10 messages, as in:

http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CurrikiLeadersGroup/Messages

You should be logged in as both an Admin and a member of this group.

2) Click the radio button for "All" such that the page refreshes to display "Messages 1 - 10 of about 12" and you will see the first 10 messages and then the pagination module.

3) Click either the hyperlinked "2" or "Next" in the pagination module at the bottom of the tab.

4) This should bring up http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CurrikiLeadersGroup/Messages?startIndex=10 where you should see messages 11 and 12 on page 2 of messages.

Instead the page refreshes and it no longer has the "All" radio button selection (Group is selected instead) and now shows "Messages 3 - 3 of about 3" in the pagination module, but is actually empty.

It appears to be impossible to access the 11th and 12th messages.
