poisiton of scroll bar in Select a Template does not match SRI scroll bar

Click "Add a Resource."

Choose the "Web Link" option (3rd) and enter "http://www.curriki.org", then click Next.

This shows the first SRI dialog.

Note the location of the scroll bar in this SRI dialog. It begins below the Guiding Question and required fields area so that when you scroll, only the action selection/entry fields are what scrolls.

This is how Select a Template should work. The scroll bar should not extend up to the green header; it should start below the Guiding Question and only the radio buttons and thumbnail area should move.
