Implement UFS Snap utility method of getting snapshots of production DB at AT&T

Write up explicit steps and scripts involved and send to Rich V and Renee at AT&T for approval until ZFS change order is in place.

Need rolling back up every four hours for full DB (And possibly the search index as well.)
