odd Edit Info interfaces appear in Groups for Subject and Ed Level (Production)

I went to a group on Production, in this instance http://nastech.groups.curriki.org.

It had no Subject or Ed Level identified in the Information Settings on the group's Home tab, so I clicked "Edit" to add these for the group.

The page refreshed and showed the interface in the attached screenshot.

The editing elements for the Subject Index and Educational Level are not as originally implemented, and not like anything else on the site; they should show the tree-checklist for Subject and the checkboxes for Ed Level like every other instance of these fields on the site (i.e., the Information tab in edit mode in RVE or the dialog "Set Required Information, Part 1" in the add path).

I just checked and this interface elements seem to have changed at http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Groups/CreateNewGroup as well.

These need to be changed back so they match the rest of the site and as they were originally implemented, or as per
