cannot access Cloud group w/ short URL

When I enter the short Cloud URL into my browser:

http://cloud.groups.curriki.org

I get this URL and message:

http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Groups/FindGroup?groupurl=cloud

groups_countnotfindgroupbygroupurl

I cannot access the group at http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CloudInstitute/

However, the Home tab of the Cloud group shows that this web address should work:

Web Address: http://cloud.groups.curriki.org

Please make it work.
