Spec Change: Indicate to users in some manner which items count towards % complete in My Profile

It is difficult to know which items count towards % complete.

Ideas:

1. Show in My Curriki, owner's view, all items that count even if not filled out.
2. In Edit, put an inidicator next to each item that counts towards % complete.
3. In the header, list out missing items.
