Forgot Password message is not accurate

1. Select Forgot Login from header
2. Enter email address
3. Select password
4. Submit form

Bug
Confirmation is this: The password for tsherman+100@curriki.org has been emailed.

The password is not emailed, a link to reset the password is emailed.

Perhaps something more abstract and really unfriendly such as, "Information about your password for <ema> has been emailed."

Feel free to kill this bug. But Federal Guidelines require me to report this issue.
