please check that resource re-upload is working

Hi Asha-- Yesterday on Production I tried to use the feature "Upload a Replacement File" when editing a resource that was a file attachment.

It did not seem to work; the system did not replace the old file with a new file.

Can you please test this for me two ways:

1) where both files being uploaded – the original and the new one supposedly replacing it) are named with different file names (e.g., file1.doc and file2.doc), and

2) where the replacement file has the same name as the original file (e.g., file1.doc and file1.doc)

and let me know your results?
