Copy a newly created Resource to a group collection 1 which comprises 2 or 3 resources previously

While copying the Resource Drag and Drop in to the 1st Position inside the Group collection and copy it successfully

In the View mode newly copied resource is not displayed in the 1st position of the TOC ,instead it is displayed in the last position.
