AddPathDataModelUpdates > Section 2 B (ii) e > "-- Resource Unavailable --" is not showing any tooltip

AddPathDataModelUpdates > Section 2 B (ii) e ( ie.If you expand a collection or folder that contains a resource for which you do not have rights/privileges, show the "-- Resource Unavailable --" indicator and apply its corresponding tooltip.)

In case of groups resource this cannot be tested. ( refer curriki : 3080 )

In case of copying a resource to a collection in which a resource which has been deleted from BFCQ is present, then , it works fine. But for "-- Resource Unavailable --" , No tooltip is displayed. As per the spec, corresponding tool tip has to be displayed.
