Search Results: display the Last Updated value in resource information pop-up on rollover of the resource title

Display the Last Updated value in the pop-up that occurs on rollover of a resource title in any search results listing.

In the div layout, place the Last Updated field below the Description field.

Use existing spacing/style of text within the current layout, i.e., a full line break between the Last Updated display and the field above and below it, bold field title, plain text field value.

Use the current default display for dates on the site, as in Mon-DD-YYYY.
