include top node in front of sub-nodes in subjects listed on Group Information

The subject index sub-nodes should appear in any published view of information with their parent subject plus the > sign in front of them.

So for instance "Spelling" in the attached should be listed as "Language Arts > Spelling".

However Groups also shows Subject Index> but should not.
