Comments count for CRS reviews not stored in Asset Class

1. CRS Review a resource
2. CRS Review it again
3. The comments tab shows 2 for each CRS review
4. Delete the 1st review in the object editor and save and view

Bug
Comments tab still shows 2.

1. Is there a way for Jen or I to change it back to 1?
2. Can you fix the following resources in the data base to only show 1 comment?
