      1. Select to print any document, such as, http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_eberrymab/FinancialCrisisGlossary?viewer=print
      2. Select the Print Button next to Close

      Bug
      The first page has the header and title.
      The second page has the body
      The last page has the footer

      The issue could just be this one resource. An edge case.
