Some resources do not have a standards tab, while others do.

It is not clear why but some resources do not have a standards tab, such as- http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_okapi/ArchaeologyatDifferentScales?bc=

It is not clear what is different about the ones that are missing the tab, but it seems likely related to be some asset class, rights or other class value. We need to compare several that are missing the tab with those that are ok. Many of the videos in Coll_okapi have this issue as do Nortel assets.
