Video Uploading: Uploaded Video Cannot Be Processed

User uploads a file that cannot be processed. This message would appear immediately after uploading and prior to the SRI pages. OK is only button. Closes the dialog. The Add dialog is most likely closed at this point (Is this correct David?). That is, the user will not continue to the SRI pages and has to start over.
