Video Playback - Downloaded MP4 files do not play in QuickTime for Windows

    Description

      1. Using Add Path, upload any video, such as a .mov file.
      2. When the process is done, download the processed attached movie to your hard drive. http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_ShermanTank/UploadingVideoTestingNov27
      3. Play the MP4 file on your hard drive.

      Bug
      QuickTime gives a -2010 error.

      Tested using IE 8 on XP Pro.

      Verified QuickTime plays other MP4 files correctly.
