create a new ICT value of "Answer Key" under the Curriculum category

A new ICT of "Curriculum: Answer Key" should be created and should appear in all relevant locations, including:

"from scratch" resource forms that offer ICT selection
ICT selection in add path's SRI Part 1 dialog
ICT selection Edit mode for the Information tab in RVE
ICT display in View mode of the Information tab in RVE
ICT display in Resource Info Rollover divs in RVE
ICT display in search results
ICT display in Collections and Contributions listings in My Curriki and Groups
